Find the Margin Leaks Already Sitting in Your Data
Deep-dive diagnostics on the operational data you already have. Delivered as findings and models, not dashboards.
You already collect enough data to answer the questions that matter. It's in the ERP, the CRM, the POS, the maintenance logs, the telematics feed. It just never gets read, because reading it properly is a week of someone's full attention and nobody has that week. So we take it. We pull the data, work through it, and come back with what it says: where margin is leaking, where your forecasts are wrong and by how much, and which of those is worth doing something about first. You get the findings and the models behind them, so another engineer can check our work.
What's Included
Margin leak analysis
Line by line across jobs, SKUs, routes, or customers — where money is going that nobody has looked at closely.
Forecast error breakdown
How wrong your current forecasts are, where the error concentrates, and whether it is the kind of error that can be fixed.
Cross-system reconciliation
Your ERP and your CRM disagree about something basic. We work out which one is right and when they drifted apart.
Anomaly review
The records that do not fit the pattern. Some are data entry errors, some are the actual problem — they get separated.
The models themselves
You get the code and the notebooks, not just the conclusions. Nothing is a black box you have to take on faith.
Written findings
A document you can hand to someone who was not in the room, written so they will follow it.
How It Works
Scoping call
What you want to know, and which systems hold the answer. If your data cannot support the question, you find that out here rather than later.
Data extract
Read-only extracts from the systems involved. Nothing in your live environment is modified at any point.
Investigation
The actual work: profiling, reconciling, modeling, and chasing down whatever looks wrong until it either explains itself or turns out to be the finding.
Findings review
A call to walk through what turned up, in order of how much money is attached to it.
Handover
The written findings, the models, and a plain list of what we would look at next if it were ours.
Not sure which of these you need?
Describe what you're dealing with in an email. You'll get a straight answer about whether we can help — and if we can't, we'll say so.
